Ronaldo responds to cheating reports

Cristiano Ronaldo slams rumours stating he cheated on Irina Shayk. He has launched a harsh attack on the media following his controversial breakup with his Russian girlfriend.

The 30 year old Portuguese International was on headlines over the last couple of months, with reports stating that he cheated on Shayk and that he is now dating Alessia Tedeschi, an Italian model.
The Real Madrid striker has been linked to a number of women since he split with the 29 year old Victoria's Secret model in January this year. Daniella Chavez, a Playboy star claimed that she had an affair with Cristiano in November last year, when he was still dating Shayk.

Clearly frustrated over the entire saga, Ronaldo posted a video on his Twitter account where he blames the media for trying to “damage his reputation”.

“I never spoke for the press, I never speak about my private life, but I wanted this opportunity to say the last couple of weeks the press try to say trash about me. That I have new girlfriends, day by day I have new girlfriends. That I do this, that I do that. Just leave me alone. Let me do my work properly like I do it every year. Don’t try to damage my image, cause it’s not going to happen” an angry Ronaldo said.

Rumours on his breakup with Shayk started after she unfollowed him on Twitter. She even didn't attend the ceremony when Ronaldo was honoured with the Ballon D'Or title for the third time.
Recently, Shayk also removed Ronaldo's images from her Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts, adding spices to the issue.

Meanwhile the spokesperson for Shayk told The Newyork Post, “The rumours regarding an alleged romantic and/or personal affair with Sepp Blatter by El Mundo ... are a pathetic attempt at defaming Ms Shayk and are absolutely not true. We have no intentions of further acknowledging these allegations as they are wholly unfounded.”
