Incredible Tsunami survivor signs for Sporting Lisbon

 After the devastating tsunami of 2004, an Indonesian teenager was found alive wearing a Portugal shirt with the name of Cristiano Ronaldo on the back and the teenager now has signed for Sporting Lisbon.
Over 200,000 people were killed and thousands of children were left homeless after the tsunami of 2004. One among them was a 7 year old called Martunis, who lost his family during the disaster. He was forced to take care of himself for 21 long days after tsunami. Martunis was forced to survive on bread, noodles and filthy water, surrounded by danger. 

Martunis appeared on TV across the globe in his knock-off Portugal kit, after being found. And this made the Portuguese national team to invite him over to Portugal in 2005 and donated 40,000 euros to rebuild his home. The seven year old then revealed his dreams of playing in Portugal with his hero Cristiano.
Martunis, will join the Sporting Lisbon after they signed the 17 year old for their under 19 suad.
The club authorities said on Wednesday evening, "Martunis is the new recruit for the Sporting academy, where he will live, study and grow as a man and footballer". Martunis said, "I am very pleased to be at Sporting, who have granted me my dream".
